Store Policies and Pre-Order Procedures

Thanks for shopping for your adorable littles at Camellia City Blanks & Smocks. We work diligently to get your orders to you with the utmost care. Please take the time to thoroughly read our ordering procedures + shipping, return, exchanges and cancellation policies below:

Shipping Rates

United States and Canada


FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: $125+ USD | Automatically applied at checkout on valid orders.




LOCAL PICKUP is available at checkout. Our store address is: 2004 First Street, Suite B, Olde Towne Slidell, LA 70458.) *We do not offer delivery services at this time*

    FLAT RATE FEE: $25.00


      All orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). We ask that you please allow 2-5 business days for “ready-to-ship” orders to be processed and packaged with care. Holidays that fall on weekdays are not considered business days. Orders that are being delivered to addresses in remote areas may require 1-3 more business days for delivery. All orders include package tracking and email confirmation. 


      If you would like to receive “ready to ship” items sooner, we recommend that you place separate orders. We will not separate orders once orders are placed.

      In addition, please keep in mind that we cannot offer free shipping for a combined total between multiple orders. Free shipping is per order of $125+ USD. 


      Custom Smock Preorders: How It Works!

      Custom smocks are preordered items that take 30-45 days in production. Once received, our shipping and processing times apply. Shipping updates will be provided under the preorder tab on our website.

      Please note: If custom smocked items are ordered with items (e.g. printed custom towels and custom blankets), all items will ship as one order when ALL items are ready. Please place separate orders if you would like an item in your order to ship sooner than your custom smocked items. These items are ordered through  two separate vendors with different production times.


      Custom Printed (Towels and Blankets) Preorders: How It Works!

      For customized PRINTED towels and blankets: we place orders with our vendor on the 1st and 16th of every month. 

      • If you order is placed with us on the 1st day of the month-15th, your order will be placed in production on the 16th of the month.
      • If you place your order with us on the 16th-the last day of the month, your order will be placed in production on the 1st of the month.

      Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom towel and name blanket order to be completed and shipped after your order has been placed in production based on your order date.

      Monogram and Embroidery Orders: How It Works!

      **Please allow 2-3 weeks for monogram and embroidery items to be completed and shipped.** 

      When items are ready to be shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Once shipped, the estimated delivery times provided by the USPS will apply according to your selected shipping option.


      Important Shipping Notes

      *Please note that international orders and orders using Express Shipping may incur duties. The customer is responsible to pay what is required to receive package (any added custom fees, duties and/or taxes). Camellia City Blanks and Smocks is not held responsible for incurred fees, duties and taxes. We are not held responsible for orders that are delayed due to holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions, remote area delivery, global pandemics, etc. Please take advantage of Express Delivery if your order is needed by a specific date. Again, Camellia City Blanks and Smocks is not responsible for orders not arriving within the estimated times frames provided by the USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages (porch pirating), if the package has a status of “DELIVERED” by USPS tracking system. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS.

      **Please note: our shipping policy refers to in stock items only. If an item is ordered when “out of stock” or “preordered”, we can not ship the item until received. When an item is back in stock and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

      Return Policy

      Please take the time to thoroughly read our return policy below: 

      Blanks and Retail-Priced Ready-to-Ship Smocks Only:

      • Return Window: within 7 days of the DELIVERY date or in store purchase date.

      • Returns may only be made for BLANKS & Ready-to-Ship Items (sold at retail price) that have never been worn (other than to try on) and in their original packaging WITH ALL TAGS. BLANKS & Ready-to-Ship Items (sold at retail price) without tags are not returnable.

      • Returns made within 7 days will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment (or a store credit if preferred). Refunds will only be made after item is received and inspected.

      • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

      • Pre-ordered items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
        • Camellia City Blanks and Smocks is not responsible for sizing issues and cannot accept returns for items due to sizing. If you have any questions about sizing, please email before ordering and view our size charts here.  

        • If you receive a pre-ordered item that is defective, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us by emailing

      • ON SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

      • Personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

      • Items without tags cannot be returned.

      If you need to return an item(s), please send an email to CAMELLIACITYBLANKSANDSMOCKS@GMAIL.COM with your order# and we walk you through the process! All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Camellia City Blanks and Smocks is not responsible for return postage. 



      We do not accept exchanges on any items at this time.
